Privacy Policy
How we handle information about visitors and account holders, and how the platform treats the customer data brands bring into it.
01 Two kinds of data
This policy covers two different things. First, information about the people who visit this website, sign up or contact us. For this information we decide how it is used.
Second, the customer data that brands bring into the platform, such as shoppers’ orders, contact details and consent choices. For that data the brand is the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we act as its Data Processor. We process it only on the brand’s instructions.
02 What we collect from visitors and account holders
- Details you type into our signup and contact forms: name, work email, brand, role, website, industry, approximate customer count, data sources and your message.
- Account information once you sign in, such as login records and settings.
- Basic technical data our servers record, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the website secure and working.
03 How we use it
- To create your account and send your login details.
- To reply to your questions and prepare pricing or setup plans you ask for.
- To run, secure and improve the platform and this website.
- To send service messages about your account. Product news is sent only if you agree, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
04 Brand customer data
When a brand connects its sources, the platform processes its customers’ data to build profiles, segments, predictions and audiences. For that data:
- It is processed only to provide the platform to that brand, on its instructions.
- It is never sold, never used to advertise to anyone, and never shared or pooled between brands.
- AI models are trained per brand and do not use religion, caste, health, political views or other sensitive data.
- Audiences include only customers who consented to that channel, according to the consent records the brand holds.
- Shoppers who want to access, correct or delete their data should contact the brand they bought from. We help the brand complete the request.
05 Where data is stored and how it is protected
Data is stored and processed in India by default. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role, phone numbers are masked for most roles, and administrative access and exports are logged.
06 Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting and email delivery, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for that service. We may disclose data where Indian law requires it.
07 Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as a session cookie for the form check that keeps spam out. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
08 How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship with your brand. Account data is kept while your account is active. Brand customer data is kept according to the brand’s retention settings and is deleted or returned when the brand’s contract ends.
09 Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Use the contact page to make a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
10 Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the new version on this page and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
