Customer Insights

See how your customer base is really changing.

Repeat rate, cohorts, channel mix and customer value over time, built on merged profiles rather than raw records, so a shopper who buys in store and online is counted once.

Inside Customer Insights

Every piece, and what it does.

Repeat rate

Share of customers who came back within 30, 90 and 180 days, by store, city and channel.

Cohorts

Retention and revenue by month of first purchase, so you can see whether newer customers stay longer.

Channel mix

Store-only, online-only and omnichannel customers, and how much each group spends.

Customer value

Lifetime value tiers, the share of revenue from your top 10%, and how that shifts over time.

Store comparison

New versus returning customers and repeat rate for every store, side by side.

Warehouse sync

Send clean profiles and metrics to BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift for your own analysis.

How it fits

Three steps, snapped together.

01

Profiles first

Insights are calculated on merged Customer 360 profiles, not duplicate records.

02

Pick a view

Start with repeat rate, cohorts or channel mix, then filter by store, city or segment.

03

Act on it

Turn any chart slice into a segment and send it through Audience Sync.

Questions

About Customer Insights.

See which plan includes it
Why do our numbers differ from our POS reports?

POS reports count records. Insights counts people. When one shopper has three records, the POS sees three customers and Luxiqlo sees one.

Can we schedule reports for store managers?

Yes. Weekly store reports can be emailed to each manager with only their store’s data.

Can we use our own BI tool?

Yes. Warehouse sync and the API send the same metrics to Looker Studio, Power BI or any tool you use.
