Our POS is not on your list. Can we still connect it?
Yes. Any POS that can export a daily bill file (CSV or Excel) can be connected through SFTP or upload. For APIs we have not covered yet, the 1,000 Pieces plan includes custom connector work.
Do we need engineers to set this up?
No for most sources. Store, WhatsApp, loyalty and file connectors are point-and-click. The app SDK takes a developer about a day.
What happens to data if we disconnect a source?
You choose: keep the history already imported, or delete everything that came from that source.
